Terms and Conditions for Digital Products

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before purchasing any digital products from Saturday Gardens. By completing a purchase, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Digital Product Delivery

All digital products, including garden design packages and 2D renderings, are delivered electronically. You will receive access to your files via email or a download link after payment is confirmed.

2. No Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges once a digital product has been delivered or downloaded. If you experience a technical issue with your download, please contact us and we will work to resolve it.

3. License and Permitted Use

Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the digital product for personal, residential use only. You may not:

Resell, redistribute, or share the files with third parties
Use the designs for commercial purposes without written permission
Claim the designs as your own original work

4. Revisions

Revision allowances are specified in each product listing. Revisions must be requested within 30 days of delivery. Requests beyond the included revisions may be subject to additional fees.

5. Intellectual Property

All designs, renderings, and content created by Saturday Gardens remain the intellectual property of Saturday Gardens. Purchase grants a license for personal use only, not ownership of the design files or intellectual property.

6. Accuracy of Information

Design packages are created based on the information you provide. Saturday Gardens is not responsible for inaccuracies resulting from incorrect measurements, photos, or other details submitted by the customer.
